• Successfully leaded the team of 10 members and made sure efficient resolution of defects without SLA breach.

Role - Offshore Tech. Team Lead.

• Leaded the team of seven members and made sure the developments are delivered on time.
• Was responsible for Tech. spec reviews, code reviews.
• Developed custom workflow objects for GR Error and IDOC Error workflows.

Project - Conagra Foods.

• Was awarded Insta Award for quick defects resolution by the management
• Was involved in defect resolution in SIT & UAT phase of S4HANA implementation project

Project - Mitsubishi Motors (Europe / Australia).

• As a solution architect, designed, developed, implemented and planned release of below functionalities which helped reducing Opex
• Batch job and interface optimizations
• Content Manager migration
• Invoice approval functionality via SAP Workflows resulting in decommissioning of Lotus Notes
• Helped client realize full potential of SAP which resulted in 5.5K euros reduction in Opex cost
• Lead a team of 4 members as a senior technical consultant

Project - Electricity Supply Board of Ireland (ESB).

• Made sure on-time delivery of ABAP deliverables meeting the quality standards by implementing a peer review process in the team
• Successfully designed, developed and implemented SRM Workflows

Project - NPower.

• Ensured timely resolution of tickets
• This involved in depth understanding of Npower IDE system from technical and functional perspective
• Provided RCA's for the issues along with proposed technical resolution

Project - Scottish Power.

• Was involved in acceptance and integration testing of the IDEX solution
• Responsible for maintaining effective communication between the client, SAP and involved third party stake holders such as AMT sybex
