• Download bank statement from multiple online banking portals.
• Posting all cash receipts, wire transfers and other cash related entries in ERP.
• Performing all month-end closing activities including cash balance and mismatches between AR and GL accounts.
• Experience in lease management service and real estate service with experience and knowledge of lease abstraction.
• Lease Abstraction from the legal documents provided by the offshore team.
• Review each tenant's lease document and input the same into Yardi lease module
• Identified and abstracted specific provisions including taxes, maintenance requirements,termination clauses etc.,
