• Transitioning process from core WFM's and integrating the same into WFM SS team.
• Preparing & Circulating Monthly Metrics for individual Business Unit publishing to each Business Units
• Engaged in a process called Cost only projects that identifies all the associates Utilization to minimize the project cost.
• Handled more than 1000k transactions & 50k approvals per year.
• Develop reports to assist managers, HR Team and Functional Groups in managing their workforce.
• Identify and ensure effective actions are taken to deliver mails so that the process flow are not affected.
• Manage inventory and handle process planning to ensure no backlog & SLA miss
