LASTMILE Operations.

• Maintain the cost per shipment(CPS) As per budget.
• Handle Routing and Manpower planning.
• Handel more than 3k shipment shipments on daily basis and achieving daily target without failure.
• consistently reducing ground loss.
• Proactively identifies issues and resolves them on time to ensure smooth operational flow at all times.
• Handling Cash and reconcile the same for next day deposit.
• Ensures that all customer needs and queries related to the product are solved in the best possible.
• co-ordinating with stake holders and maintaining all documents upto date as per govt rules.
• Maintaining inventory.
• Identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods.
• Maintain inventory reports.

FIRST/MIDDLE MILE Operations.

• Lead on numerous improvement and process excellence projects aimed at streamlining activities while driving up performance and quality.
• Lead, motivate and support a large team of outward, inward and reverse logistic operations within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. This will include the setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports.
• Be a Subject-Matter Expert on larger processes and activities within the Mother hub.
• Manage the timely data collection to update overall MH metrics on daily basis, in an inventory control and systems environment, to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per shipping unit, eliminate errors in dispatch and thus deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage the first mile operations and ensuring the pickup from sellers and vendors are being done in timely manner at the least cost.
• Manage logistics requirement of First mile and line haul logistics by optimizing the capacity and routes
• Manage the returns and liquidation process at MH while coordinating with PC.
• Implement change and contribute in cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your site.
• Drive continuous process improvement and make our customer experience better than ever.

• Carryout daily and other periodic quality checks and documents the same.
• Perform laboratory tests viz Copper Corrosion and Silver Corrosion tests.
• Perform verification of in use pressure gauges, hydrometers and thermometers.
• Comply with all statutory requirements.
• Operate valves and gauge the n levels of the tanks.
• Stock accounting is made at the end of each shift.
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule on all equipments.
• Supervise the measures taken for the safety, Health, Security and welfare for all contractors/ visitors in the shift are sufficient.
• Supervise all works for which permits are issued.
• Assist customers / DGCA officials / IOSPL officials in conducting inspections and audit.
• Carryout all activities so as to realize the objectives of the company’s Quality Policy.
• Report all emergencies to the shift manager and also take appropriate.
• Unload / Receive Jet A-1 from tank truck and pipeline after conducting necessary quality checks.
• Load refuellers as and when advised by Shift Manager -Fuel Farm.
• Operate valves and gauge tanks as required.
• Receive refueling instructions from Shift Manager Into-Plane Service.
• Give timely and courteous into-plane service to the Airline customers.
• Conduct pit flushing, low point draining and high point venting in the hydrant system.
• Conduct the bulk meter calibration and verification and the filter membrane tests.
• you will be required to perform any other incidental or ancillary work as directed by your supervisor or management.
