Project Name 1: REHABILATION AND UPGRADATION OF MANGAON- DIGHI

PORT ROAD. (SH-96 & SH-92), NATIONAL HIGHWAY KM (00+000 TO 56+500).

Project Description: The project connects Mumbai highway to DIGHI port upgrade to PQC rigid

pavement of 56.5km includes 120m viaduct and two major bridges of length 220m & 350m. The cost of the project is 412.00Cr.

Project Name-2: REHABILATION AND UPGRADATION OF NH-66 (OLD NH 17)

FROM KM. 241/300 (ARAWALI- KANTE SECTION) TO FOUR LANES IN THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA UNDER NHDP-IV ON HYBRID ANNUITY MODE.

Project Description: The project is part of developing Mumbai – Goa National highway upgrading to

PQC rigid pavement, including the four river major bridges of 350m total length. The cost of the

project is 600.00Cr.

Reporting to: Sr. Project Manager.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparing Monthly and Weekly Plans basis on structures and their respective quantities according to net front analysis.

. Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and controlling of daily site activities with the master program.

. Material Planning: Preparing 3 months Lookahead basis on masterplan.

. Preparation of requirement of steel and concrete for the respective months.

. Furnish timely Reports on site activities to the reporting manager.

. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly progress reports.

. Handling of correspondences with the Client/Contractors.

. Preparing project review for review meetings.

. Checking and Finalization of Construction programs and Relevant Qty’s.

. Participating in decision making

Job Roles & Responsibilities:Piling: Checking and controlling of depth of piles, Reinforcement and concreting.

. Girder Casting: Checking and controlling of reinforcement, shuttering, profile of high tensile steel ducts and concreting.

. Stressing: Pre-Stressing concrete girders.

. Girder Erection: Erecting and placing girders over pedestals of pier caps.

• Collected data, established facts and drew valid conclusions to execute findings.
• Completed preliminary design reviews on and off-site to define project scope.
