Payroll Activities- MENA Region

• Responsible for conducting payroll processes for various countries (MENA – Saudi, Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt), inclusive of documentation and third-party management (Gross to net payroll calculations, statutory compliances, etc.). – 5000+ records.
• Perform L1, L2 review/validate payroll reports shared by processors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Actively supervise, motivate, and lead a payroll team with a team size of 4 members.
• Extensively worked on the quality check to perform monthly, weekly off-cycle, ad hoc, shadow payrolls, and final settlements of separated staff.
• Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll across the network, delivering SLAs.
• Mitigate risks related to audits, data privacy, security, visibility, and other related regional concerns.

Implementation Activities - MENA Region

• Responsible for onboarding/transition of the payroll clients to Ramco HCM Software for payroll processing.
• New Client Implementation, Requirement gathering, and solutioning based on internal EY portals.
• End to end implementation and configuration for all the modules in Ramco HCM of statutory laws in MENA region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, taxes for Jordan, and Egypt).
• Providing overall support and maintenance of payroll activities for 150+ clients in EY.
• Automation of reporting requirements from client.

Payroll & Implementation Activities - APAC Region.

• Responsible for conducting payroll processes for various countries (APAC regions – India, Singapore, and Malaysia). For 7,000+ records.
• Collecting accurate payroll-related data, raising queries if any to the client, and uploading inputs into the payroll engine to process payroll and prepare the monthly payroll, Exit payroll.
• Receive, record, and authorize requests for disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures. Establish strong client relationships and deliver sustained, stable payroll operations.
• Prepare and balance payroll journals, worker's compensation, accrual reports, and other payroll-related reports.
• Preparation of TDS Return [Form 24Q and Form 27A] and Tax computation sheet.
• Preparation of Form 16, Part A, and Part B, and revised return filing.
• End-to-end implementation and configuration for all the modules in Ramco HCM of statutory laws in the APAC region (India, Singapore, and Malaysia).

Payroll Activities - India

• Responsible for conducting payroll processes for India, for 8,000+ records.
• Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate processing of payrolls.
• Investment Proofs validation, handling all tax-related employee queries, and preparation of employees' income tax sheets.
• Employees' Queries – Responding through web and helpdesk.
