As a result, team who do not have funds to create automated business workflows for themselves could now use this solution to create process management workflows for very low to no cost.
  • Key achievement : CHAMP has been adopted by 15+ cross-functional teams, improving process transparency and reducing manual effort by average 20%.
  • Led the E2E development from ideation to adoption; through Backlog creation, prioritization, Product Backlog refinement, User story writing and serving as the proxy PM for the team.
