• Business Partner (Software Integrity Group), Partnering with the business leadership team to execute people strategy, and drive programs & processes in line with the business strategy, Coaching managers on Leading remote teams, Performance Review, Calibration, SPOT Bonus guidelines, Ensure salary parity is maintained within BG and adherence to Job Levelling criteria, Compensation benchmarking survey, MRP analysis for competitive salary in the industry, Comprehensive experience in design, implementation, and management of BG specific policies (working on weekends, FastTrack promotion, career progression etc.), Working through employee lifecycle - New hire engagement & assimilation, address employee concerns, exit discussions, Enable new managers (promoted / lateral hire) to build expertise on people processes and assimilate them to be successful in their role, Collaborate with managers to Identify, develop and retain talent and proactively nurture high potential employees with IDP. Similarly, Corrective Action Plan to be initiated for poor performers, Proactively work with leadership team to review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements to business efficiency and performance, Track employee engagement / pulse survey and help managers to take actions based on the survey feedback received from the team members, HR Analytics - Preparing HR metrics, reports pertaining to employee attrition, head count etc.
