Typical day at work for me involves below activities.

• Lead Development and Support teams for customer projects.
• Manage multiple scrum calls and define daily deliverables.
• Provide guidance to teams and individuals as needed.
• Engage with customers to identify and address pain points and discuss ongoing issues.
• Oversee Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and solution design processes.
• Conduct walkthrough and allocate development tasks to team members.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding resourcing and delivery challenges and support pre-sales efforts.
• Support the Hiring team with interviews and motivate new joiners.

I worked as a Project Lead for a Unilever project which aims to provide a Customer Portal for its Customers where they can track and see the whereabouts of the Shipment

• My primary responsibilities in the project are ranging from Creating the Entire Solution design and taking care of complete OTM development including creation of Project Road Map, Having Design calls with all teams involved and tracking the progress
• I was working on OTM Upgrade from OTM 6.3.7 to OTM Cloud 6.4.3 version as part of the Core Team for 1 year duration
• This project was considered a very complex upgrade due to multiple custom components written on PLSQL as well as due to a very decentralized design where many regions had their own set of solutions
• Challenge was to make sure the design remains as is even after the whole upgrade
• My main responsibility in the project was to manage the whole IPT and UAT process along with the creation of HPQC scripts
• On the development front, I have owned complete SPOT, Dock booking, Track and Trace, and PaaS-based Finance Upload utilities
• Apart from these, I was also the key stakeholder for P&A and Project management discussions
• Before the above experiences, I worked for Unilever as Part of the Track and Trace UL IT Bangalore team
• During this time, I have worked on Tracking platform integrations with Fourkites and Project 44
• Apart from integration, I have worked extensively for Tracking improvement initiatives, ML ETA improvements, Shipment Notification with Barcode automation
• Apart from the above projects with Unilever where I have worked for a major part of my EY tenure, I have also worked briefly on few other clients as below.

Upon Joining DXC I was assigned to Unyson Project which is owned by Hub group Inc. Hub group is a leading Fleet service provider in the USA and surrounding countries and provides logistics to multiple big and small companies.

• During this tenure, I have worked on different types of tasks such as end to end reports development, FTI reports, reports based on agents, reports automation, Agents development, agents’ workflow, Custom screens development, JSPX, XSL, and other changes and developments, Server changes VPD and domains management, SQL/PLSQL writing and tuning, User and roles development/control/assignment and everything else in OTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of all the reports from the beginning based on customer requirements.
• Tuning of the reports not performing well
• FTI development
• Custom screens development from the UI and JSPX side
• Agent and agent workflow development
• Report automation using agents and workflow
• Domain, User, User role creation, assignment, and management
• Shipments and Order CPRs creation based on workflow requirement
• VPD/grants/action check development and assignment

Key Tasks Performed:

• Developed Custom Order Create Screens for all the customers individually and developed related infrastructure to assign it to respected owners.
• Designed a custom set of screens, agents, action checks, and grants to simplify the order release processing for customers based on their domains.
• Designed Shipping notification that enables users to get stop-based data. Also automated the same using agents and run-time reports
• Designed Automated BOL process to send BOL to respected parties based on CPR
• Designed multiple Critical SQL queries and tuned the existing ones,
• Designed an Agent performance tracker to evaluate the agent performance

Responsibilities and Key Tasks performed

• Understanding the Business flows and check the feasibility while setting up
• Configuring agents and workflows.
• Configuring domain and subdomain structure.
• Defining multiple XSL and Pl/SQL Reports for the business users of Unilever
• Resolving issues based on Fusion transportation intelligence. Also, map the same through OBIEE and ODI to OTM
• Providing consultation and solutions to issues based on multiple functional domains of OTM.
• Configured a standalone Dashboard to showcase the live-wise scenario of the ongoing Unilever business.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• I was assigned to some internal projects for industry exposure and experience.
• Worked on Website Designs based on J2EE and Spring.
• Was responsible for Code Tuning, Styling, JDBC Connection mapping, Database Mapping, and some small code design components.
