This project is mainly based on Service Cloud where we are providing services to customers using many communications channel. We have Live Chats, Bots, Help Site, Webforms, Social Clouds (Facebook, Messenger, Twitter). We have integration with many 3rdparty system, to have customer information and make robust solution for Agent.
• Enhance existing Integrations to load data (Contact, Social Post, Social Persona, Cases, Bank) from Foxtel.com to Service Cloud using Application Engine and Component Interface.
• Understanding the requirements from the business users and preparing technical specification Documents for the same.
• Working with users to analyze business processes and optimal solutions for the problems identified
• Perform all aspects of development life cycle including design, development, unit testing and documentation
• Requirements gathering and participating in workshops
• Handles the systems development life cycle on development and enhancement projects
• Writing High Level and Low-Level Technical Specification
• Writing test scripts for unit testing and executing
• Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
