Developed and deployed many products for TATA POWER which includes work based on electronics, mechatronics, robotics etc. I have handled the hardware as well as the software parts of all this projects.
Designed and developed new products and systems for Tata Power which includes Circuit designing, PCB designing, designing & assembling of mechanical parts and programming of different controllers and using different communication protocols based on the requirement.
Project Details:
To reduce the accidents, robot was designed so the operator can remotely perform the rack-in/rack-out operation.
To automate the daily rounds at remote locations, robot is developed which the whole round and generate the report. Total 5 robots are deployed at 2 different sites and operated from the 3rd location which are interconnected via L2 Ethernet switch.
Designed a two camera system with Thermal and Visual camera to inspect the switchyard from the remote location with the live footage.
Designed a LoRa based system for multiple breakers to shutdown via Remote Control within 1Km range in case of some Emergency.
To maintain the humidity of the enclosed equipment and monitor the parameters on SCADA system via MODBUS communication.
A mobile robot capable of inspecting the long high-voltage transmission lines that runs across the cities and town. For the functioning of Robot, programming on different controller is done and for the User Interface, Web Page is created using HTML and JavaScript.
