• The project focused on classifying 11 types of simulated overhead transmission line faults using RMS values of three-phase currents generated through MATLAB/Simulink, with feature selection and classification performed using various algorithms.
• The work aimed to improve model robustness with additional data, and planned to extend its scope to accurately identify the exact location of faults, enhancing power system reliability, and maintenance efficiency.
