The key points on which I added value to the business are mentioned below:
Built a tele-medicine service for rural India by establishing consultation centers and a developed mobile app which was operated by independent health advisors, branded as 'Guide'.
Later, we pivoted to develop this into a remote consultation for doctors, branded as 'The Good Doctor' app
My role here was centered around GTM strategy and implementation of the same. The main contributions were:
Founded a real estate brokerage company and expanded to build a team of 40 members clocking overall sales of around Rs. 60 Cr.
Headed Delhi and Punjab broking and third party business
I handled both third party sales and brokerage business for Punjab and later Karnataka.
Headed the NRI business in Uttar Pradesh through the branch network of 32 branches and a team of 4 managers and 8 executives for both branch and customer out reach sales.
