A) Off BAU duties -

• Participating in pre- and post-UAT sign-off based on script cases addressing the proper implementation of changes in internal referential systems and internal downstream systems in coordination with the team.
• Created a general type of request in the non-production system for other teams and helped them to perform UAT testing as well.
• Managing all kinds of records for the team members so there is no discrepancy in the team members.
• Participate in other activities as well to gain some knowledge from other teams, to increase my own skills for betterment, and to make a smooth connection between the two teams.
• Assist in training and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare a requirements document related to transition management and process.

B) BAU DUTIES -:

• Handle end-to-end data management and trade support functions, starting from client onboarding to trade settlement.
• Setting up trading accounts in reference data systems.
• Managing the mailbox from start to end and categorizing the mails to respective team members.
• Adding the critical SSI and modes, and clarifying the Global 1 system, which is used by Nomura for trade settlements.
• Liaising with the sales/trading desk in case of any discrepancies identified, and getting the amendment done.
• Setting up standard settlement instructions (SSI) using the SWIFT message received from clients, a centralized client-based system, Omgeo Alert, and as per clients' requested settlement instructions.
• To perform four-eye checks and enhance control measures for four-eye checks on the accounts created and SSI setups.
