Built a sales playbook for the team to plan their sales funnel better. Achievement: Grew business 5x in the first two quarters and engaged in business with top brands including L&T, Embassy Group, Blu Smart, Hiranandani, Salarpuria Sattva, Exponent Energy, Taj group of companies etc. Grew revenue from zero to 7.5 crores in the first financial year with a gross margin of more than 30%.
