  • For property damage claims, we reach out to the involved parties via phone calls, emails, and support tickets to collect the necessary documentation. Based on the specific tasks assigned, we ensure timely follow-ups to gather all required details from both the host and the guest.
  • Once the evaluation is complete, we proceed with compensation by reimbursing the host for the reported damages. Simultaneously, we charge the guest accordingly, based on the evaluation and guidelines provided in the Nova knowledge base.
