• Maintaining required number of scratch volumes according to the slots availability in the library.
• Creating SOP’s, and Best Practice Documents in regard to Process creating and troubleshooting Policies and backup application related.

Client : YESBANK

· Experience on Veritas Enterprise vault 11 & 12 From 10th May 2016 to 31st June 2018 Worked as engineer at client location YES Bank in Mumbai ) in VERITAS Enterprise vault versions 11 & 12.

· Good knowledge on Configuration and Upgrading of Enterprise vault in Windows platform servers.

· Creating Archival policies as per user request and following client requirements.

· Having experience on handling of 6 archival servers and 2 SMTP servers which are configured on VERITAS cluster.

· Monitoring nearly 5000+ users archival process.

· Generating and maintaining reports on daily,weekly and monthly basis.

· Presenting and discussing quarterly archival data with client.

· Enterprise vault configuration on clients and troubleshooting by analyzing logs both server end and client end.

· Enabling of Archival process on clients mailbox and guiding users.

· Hands on experience in troubleshooting Archival and mailbox issues on client mailbox’s.

· Monitoring and troubleshooting issues in Enterprise vault server.

· Hands on experience in handling user's PST files migrating into Enterprise vault server.

· PST Migration by Automatic migration /Wizard migration, Manually Migrated more than 300 TB data.

· Handling on user's Corrupted PST files by repairing using Microsoft repair tool.

· Hands on scheduled and patching activities on windows related servers.

· Coordinating with VERITAS Tech support to solving major issues.

· Monitoring drives size and replication status (DC to DR environment) on daily basis.

· Having experience in while upgrading Enterprise vault server from version 11 to 12.

· Having experience on VERITAS Cluster and performing basic troubleshooting.

· Consistently analyses and reviews workflow for process improvements

· Hands on experience on Sonic wall firewall installation and troubleshooting.

· Sonic wall firewall Installed in client location (Paragon polymers data center and the Art of living meditation center and Pharmacy Company etc..)

· Hands on experience on windows administration and MS office.

· Worked as Network and system admin in client environment.

Being technical group in B.tech(EEE) worked in Reneweble(Solar) based company around 2 years as Electrical engineer.
