· Working on AAD to assign and edit the permission.

· Troubleshooting on Virtual Machine, Outlook Connectivity issues like Outlook crash, hanging.

· Troubleshooting on Client Connectivity issues like Outlook crash, not responding, and hanging.

· Installing license Application on Desktop as per the project.

· Assign license, reset the user password.

· Updating desktop using SSCM tool.

· Working on McAfee antivirus.
