-Undertaken admissions for the relevant department and ensured timely passing of information to the Consulting Doctor, ensuring no delays in patient management.
-Conducted comprehensive patient interviews to elicit relevant medical history, symptoms, and chief complaints, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
• Performing vital signs assessments, including blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation, utilizing both manual and electronic monitoring devices.

Procedures:
• Conducted blood sampling , including venipuncture and arterial blood gas sampling, ensuring proper sample collection and handling for diagnostic testing.
• Inserted various types of intravenous cannulas, including peripheral, arterial, and central lines, as well as urinary catheters and nasogastric tubes.
