Server Consolidation Project, Migrated 130 Servers from Nortel to Avaya environment, 

Leaded technical leadership and prepared Pre-Checklist and the Post-Checklist headed Change Management per agreement set by the Avaya and IBM infrastructure Services. 

Sorted out the old servers and unused applications and retired/decommissioned them.

Identified, performed p2v's and v2v's, converted storage to thin and achieved 7.5 TB, Targeted all international servers and committed to p2v to make administration easy and cut the vendor services.

Designed High Availability VMware Environment, We designed a dedicated POD of five HP chassis' that would only be used for Virtual Host servers. 

Storage Consolidation Projects, Converted/Migrated EMC to NetApp., Migrated all VM's environment Off of the EMC to NetApp storage., Converted Thick storage into thin pro and reduced disk free space, achieved 17.5 TB of storage. 

VMware vSphere Consolidation and Upgrade projects, Consolidated all our production environment vSphere 4.x to vSphere 5.x & 6.x. 

Comprised Seven vCenter servers, ESXi' s into Five vCenter servers.

Infrastructure, Virtual environment Optimization project, CAP IQ and vCOPs to monitor performance and Capacity Planning's for VM's, Per vCOPs report have been identified and optimized over provisioned resources (Memory/vCPU's) Datacenter Disaster Recovery project 

Focal point of contact for Bangalore RnD Datacenter., Headed responsibility of Asset, Risk and Vendor Management etc. 

Played a key role and succeeded in Backups/Restoration of Bangalore Datacenter in timeline after the fire incident in the building.
