Windows System Administration: Administer and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and related systems.
Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and group policies to ensure optimal performance and security.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows-based systems.
SonicWall Firewall Configuration and Management: Configure, deploy, and manage SonicWall firewalls to ensure network security and performance.
Monitor firewall activity, analyze logs, and take proactive measures to mitigate security threats.
Implement VPN solutions (SSL, IPsec), and other security measures to protect internal systems and data.
Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and configuration backups for disaster recovery.
Office 365 Administration: Manage and support the Office 365 environment, including user creation, license management, and troubleshooting.
Implement security measures, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), email protection, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
Administer SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and file management.
Provide user support and training for Office 365 tools and applications.
Azure Cloud Administration: Manage and optimize Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity management.
Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), role-based access control (RBAC), and security policies.
Implement and maintain cloud-based backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Monitor and manage Azure resources to ensure cost optimization, scalability, and performance.
Network & Security Support: Support and troubleshoot internal networks, VPNs, and other connectivity issues, ensuring secure and reliable connections.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with security policies, maintain regular security patches, and respond to incidents.
Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring business continuity during system failures or data loss incidents.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, network setups, and security policies.
Provide regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and project progress.
Create knowledge base articles and user guides to improve team efficiency and user understanding.
End-User Support & Training: Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on systems, security best practices, and cloud-based tools, like Office 365 and Azure.
