FDA MyStudies, From-07/2022 To Present,

The FDA’s MyStudies platform enables organizations to quickly build and deploy studies that interact with participants through purpose-built apps on iOS and Android. This open-source repository contains the code necessary to run a complete FDA MyStudies instance, including all web and mobile applications. Open-source deployment tools are included for semi-automated deployment to GCP. The platform also integrates Terraform’s open-source infrastructure-as-code with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for a reproducible and easy-to-maintain environment.

• Maintained necessary Terraform templates and setup scripts.
• Configuring CI/CD Pipelines with github actions and Sonarqube static analysis.
• Used Terraform scripts to deploy the GCP infrastructure necessary to create development, test and release candidates.
• Deployed applications using Docker, Cloudbuild and Kubernetes.

ValidCare is leveraging the open-source ‘FDA MyStudies on Google Cloud,’ also called ‘Real-world Insights’ or RWI platform, as a medium for data collection for research studies.

• Terraform script based deployments to provision QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Developed and maintained the Operation Suite (Monitoring Dashboards, Operational Health dashboards, Metric Alarms, Uptime checks) to support the CloudOps.
• Upgrading Google services based on Google advice or patch releases.

Query Builder Pro is a web based application which allow users to edit higher number of query parameters across multiple analysis types and allow users to iterate on query design such as edit and submit multiple times.The main objective of this application is to reduce query development time and improve the user experience with analytic tools.

• Managed and configured Azure App Service to host web applications, ensuring high availability and scalability. Designed, deployed, and optimized Azure databases using services like Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and Azure Database for PostgreSQL. Implemented and maintained Application Gateway, for secure and efficient network traffic.
• Implemented a comprehensive suite of Azure services, leveraging VMs, App Services, App Gateways, Azure databases, Key Vaults, and Enterprise Apps for SAML setup.
