Engage the Channel Partner in regular discussion to transfer knowledge about IndiaFirst, Company s product offerings and understand their issues/concerns about selling insurance and to solve all complaints if any.
Handling Broker Sales Staff queries about Login / Issuance / Product Querie/ Activities.
To address After Sales Service Issues and MIS reporting.
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market. Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business. Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards. To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.Ensure that the advisors achieve business target set for them.Provide on the job training and manage and monitor performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.Maintain renewals for the policies procured by team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
