• Supported the SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Rollout by configuring new company code, sales organization, and distribution setup for ABB’s Finland Robotics unit.
• Conducted Fit-Gap analysis, system blueprinting, and configured SD components such as Customer Master, Pricing Procedures, Copy Control, and Output Management.
• Supported intercompany sales, third-party orders, and Nordic region tax localization aligned to ABB global templates.
• Facilitated data migration validation, integration testing, and deployment readiness.

Project 3: SAP Pre-Implementation – Business Process Discovery & Documentation

• Conducted workshops to identify and document real-time ABB business processes related to Sales, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and Customer Service.
• Created BPDs, FRS, and process flow diagrams for Make-to-Stock (MTS), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), R2R, and Service Management streams.
