• Initially I worked on SAP Sales Cloud application and was the Team Lead.
• I monitored the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team and reported results to the manager.
• During my time as a Team lead, I have gained experience in conflict resolution, communication, organization and delegation of the work.
• I have then moved into the core SAP SD functional team and have 4 years of experience on consulting in SAP Sales and Distribution ECC and CRM Module.
• I am also a SAP certified Application Associate - SAP S/4 HANA Sales 2021.

Currently working as a SAP SD Consultant and gained experience, knowledge in various processes like -

• Configuration of Customer master data and Material master data including material types, item categories.
• Using IMG customization, worked on mapping enterprise structure involving the integration for SD, MM and FI modules.
• Configuration of new condition type and access sequence for various business requirements and incorporating those changes to the existing pricing procedures.
• Designed and implemented a new pricing procedure for a new business process requirement and was part of the testing(FUT, ITFT) and coordinated the regression testing as well.
• Implemented condition exclusion principle while working on various pricing related JIRAs.
• Worked on change management through Service-now tickets and JIRA enhancements along with documenting test cases and performed Functional Unit testing (FUT) and IT Functional testing (ITFT) in the lower environments.
• Specialized in Sales order processing,Billing along with Pricing.
• Also worked on Third Party, Purchase order, Intercompany scenarios and EDI.
• Customizing Credit and Debit memo request and mapping the sales process in ECC.
• Working on synchronization issues arising between SAP CRM and ECC systems by checking IDOCs errors.
• Analyzed and identified the root cause of various recurring issues arising and implemented permanent solutions for the same.
