  • Leading a 25 members team of Product Professionals and managers managing various Connectivity and Mobile sims products and Managed Services solution along with Cost and commercials
  • Analyzing market competition by comparing competitor products and pricing by benchmarking and conducting market research in line with customer and stakeholder requirements
  • Led Cost Transformation program where managed a hybrid team of 50 plus people across geography and saved over 4M for BT
  • Risk: Transform the risk and controls functions and outcomes of the clients, including enterprise risk, enterprise resilience, compliance, internal audit, and controls and protect value across stakeholders in the long term
  • Accountable for development of contract growth (salesforce), capitalizing BT's propositions with end customers to drive business growth and drive strategic improvement projects for the booking's validation process partnering with the sales/finance and technical teams.
  • Creating budget and forecasting for the Contract, power map and checking the credit worthiness or client’s willing to pay. Reviewing monthly P/L to govern the Cost and Revenue are correct and work on building commercial strategies.
  • Responsible for creating customer experience and have reviews with Internal and External stakeholders mostly Senior managers and Directors.
  • Work on finding opportunities to implement AI where possible.
  • Run training and coaching plan and support recruitment, demand and FTE planning.
  • Responsible for ownership of Procurement and subcontracts
  • Create KPIs and Goals for the team member which is in accordance with the company’s vision along with coaching others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
  • Manages and coordinates Bid pricing for BT products or complex proposals for in-life, agrees winning pricing guidelines, advise sales on competitive solutions and proposal cost and price optimizations.
  • Implements jeopardy management and reporting to ensure delivery of service compliant with contractual SLA's, ensuring project are closed effectively.
  • Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters ‘critical to quality’ for process delivery and achieve transformation at a high level of change management experience, including challenging, inspiring, and leading the team.

  • 2018, Travelled to United Kingdom to address a Stakeholder’s meet relating to Lead to Cash and based on that established and designed a billing governance Process and capability for a Managed Service Solution which has a customer base of 50 SME customers. The process included rolling out a SharePoint in collaboration with the Web Designer which would track all the Change request from the customer like Provide, Upgrade, Cease, etc and basis on the completion it would send automated notification to the Billing and Inventory team to update the records to the concerned team.
  • 2019, Designed a Cost Transformation Project for ‘MWAN’ solution for BT, which was supporting 180 plus customer, but the Product was running in loss. Hence validated the entire L2C and identified areas of Cost and Revenue leakage and created a 1-year transformation Program with 3 FTE which gave us a benefit of 0.7 Million and a future proof process that ensured that there is no Gaps. The process includes creating a SOP and Process plan for the team with clear RACI matrix and the success was recognized by the Managing Director James Glavey on the annual ALL Hands
  • 2019, Transitioned 200 Enterprise Contracts in terms of the Standard Contract and Commercial Management activities like Forecasting, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation and P/L management while transitioning the process
  • 2021, Designed a Cost Transformation Project for Managed Services named Project Pretium. This project was designed and developed by me targeting to Transform the Cost as this portfolio was running on negative margin. Designed a process involving 18 FTE is different career level Offshore with a 2-year project plan. For the Financial year 2021/22, we gave a External Savings of 2 Million and Internal Savings of 10 Million and forecasted a benefit of 1.5 Million External for Financial year 2022/23. Worked as a lead Contract Manager on this project managing both Internal and External customer and a team of 18 FTE additional to the 11 FTE which are directly reporting to me. The process includes creating a SOP and Process plan for the team with clear RACI matrix. This Project has been recognized and appreciated by the CFU’s and Director of the Company
  • 2022, Travelled to United Kingdom to build a collaborative strategy for BT Enterprise in Cost Transformation and Contract Management area. Have been primarily responsible to set up an Offshore Contract Optimization team to effectively implement Contract Management discipline for Managed Services Contracts (600+ customers) and also set up a Cost Transformation Offshore team in Networking product to achieve a benefit of 1.5 M
