- About the Role
- The portfolio head is responsible for managing and maintain the digital portfolio of the bank by ensuring all ETB/ NTB Customers of the Bank are digitally onboarded on MB/IB/ Other digital platforms

- To balance priorities among the long-term vision and short-term execution of products
- Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize market requirements
