  • The portfolio head is responsible for managing and maintain the digital portfolio of the bank by ensuring all ETB/ NTB Customers of the Bank are digitally onboarded on MB/IB/ Other digital platforms
  • The responsibility further includes building onboarding journey through D2C campaigns and ensuring digital penetration on key parameters like Registration, Monthly Active & Financial Active Users

  • To balance priorities among the long-term vision and short-term execution of products
  • Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct customer research, leverage internal knowledge and expertise, and prioritize market requirements
  • Engage with product team on enhancement and to improve user experience
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
  • Understand existing platform / tech pain points and comes up with recommendations to address the same
