• Overall responsibility for outpatient management system including billing.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and team members for the smooth running of OPD.
• To coordinate with the consultants, lead radiographers, lab members and nursing staff for effective patient care.

Multiple Wards | 2018-2019

• To ensure the smooth admission and discharge process of patients.
• Elaborate the detailed process for any query regarding insurance policy, discharge process or vice versa.
• Coordinate with other departments for patient care and
  smooth functioning of the unit.
• Document actions by completing required forms, reports, logs and records of patients.
• Monitor and report patient requirements, ensure ward issues are maintained at agreed levels and ensure rotation procedures are maintained.

Daycare Adult & Pediatric | 2015-2017

• Leadership for creating the smooth functioning of
  the entire daycare.
• Ensure the availability of beds and manage
  infrastructure facilities for the patients.
• Providing the total cost estimation for daycare
  services.
• Coordination with TPA, doctors, pharmaceuticals
  and nursing staff for delivering the best quality of
  patient care.
• Ensure the smooth admission and discharge process
  for patients .

Minor OT | 2017-2018

• Conducting the OT Availability
• Monitoring the OT staff duties and doctors schedules for surgeries.
• To ensure the procedure of patient and assign the OT
  accordingly.
• To coordinate with the doctors regarding procedures and providing the correct cost estimation for procedures.
• Ensure the implementation of correct procedure code for payment.
• Arrangement for all the required blood and radiology reports before the procedure of patients.
