  • Develop an effective sourcing model to ensure optimal channel mix and cost of hiring. Enhance multiple channels i.e. Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing,Staff Augumentation, Social media, Campus and Vendor,Walkin Drives.
  • Selecting Staffing Vendors , negotiating contracts, managing requirements and ensuring they close the positions as per the Hiring Needs.
  • Prepare Job description, Job specifications for various positions in consultation with all stakeholders/ Hiring managers.
  • Ensure the closure of position within or ahead of Turnaround time (TAT) and under prescribed cost.
