1.Customized research: Conducting research to answer specific questions or address challenges that the client faces

2.Sourcing and Recruiting experts: Finding and recruiting top industry professionals who have specific industry knowledge or specialized skills. Mainly assigning the right experts based on the clients needs ensuring the best possible fit.

3.Project management: Managing the expert-client consultations which includes scheduling calls, followup sessionsetc.,

Making sure both experts and clients adhere to ethical guidelines, NDA's, and other compliance measures

4.Client Relationship management: Ensuring the client is satisfied with the quality of the information and insights provided, Regularly collecting feedback and improving services accordingly

5.Market and Industry monitoring: Keeping up-to-date with the industry trends, emerging markets, and regulatory changes ,Sharing insights into key developments that may affect client's industries or investment opportunities

6.Ethical and legal responsibility: Ensuring all parties maintain confidentiality and avoiding non-public informations. Ensuring with industry regulations such as insider trading laws, advising clients and experts accordingly

• Recruited candidates from California, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Texas, Florida.
• Qualifying requirements with customers and understanding business needs.
• Resume screening and connecting with candidates via call and qualifying.
• Hit first promotion in October 2022.
• Sourcing quality candidates to US partners for suitable req. such as Healthcare, customer service and Finance roles.
• Delivered best customer service.
• Maintaining strong relationship with Point of contact as well as with candidates and building networks.
• Training new hires and facilitate them to understand the roles and responsibilities and Company Culture.
• Collecting References and dub the resumes.
• Supporting point of contact achieving yearly targets and goals.
• Training and coaching mentees on recruitment process.
