Key Deliverables:

• Preparation and tracking of project schedules using MS Project.
• Preparation of zero budget. Ensuring budget control by highlighting rate or quantity variations.
• Review look-ahead schedules, M.I.S. reports received from the site team.
• Preparing presentations and conducting review meetings with stakeholders. Monitoring project progress and addressing bottlenecks and issues that may hamper progress.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams for efficient project completion, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Controlled resources for project activities to comply with industry standards and tender requirements.
• Preparation of technical submissions for projects such as the Manpower Histogram, the Organization Chart, etc.
• Subcontractor finalization for specialized work and coordination with subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of the project.
• Conducted regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues promptly.

Key Deliverables:

• Regular updates from sites about the work executed. Each site with different works like repair, rehabilitation, grouting, waterproofing works of buildings, tunnels, tanks etc.
• Compiling of daily progress reports received from sites and checking whether the project is being handled as per costing emphasizing on usage of materials and labor.
• Study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
• Quantity estimation of material required on site and ensuring timely provision of materials, machinery and equipment at the site in liaison with the purchase department. Preparation of schedule on MS-Project.
• Billing of clients and contractors against every RA bill based on work orders. Responsible for verification of certified RA bills
• Prepared analysis reports to track the progress of each phase of construction.
• Worked with budget department to determine estimated operation expenses, quantity analysis and estimation on current project.
• Study of Contract Documents and drawings.
• Preparation of tender documents after checking of qualifications and eligibility criteria and BOQ items.
• Preparing Organizational Chart, Plant & Machinery Schedule as per the client requirements.
• Prepare tender status for projects to be quoted.
