• Designed scaffolds and Movement Dolly's of PC-12.
• Designed Drilling Jig and marking templates for PC-12.

Project : AH-6i Vertical stabilizer, B-777 Up-Lock Box, CH-47 Crown and Tail cone & AH-64 Vertical stabilizer

Role : Tool Designer of Jig & Fixture.

Achievements/Responsibilities:

• Floor Mounted Assembly Jig (CAT-II) & Drill Jig(CAT-III) Tool Designed & Jig setting for Boeing-777 Up lock box project.
• Floor Mounted Assembly Jig (CAT-II) & Drill Jig(CAT-III) Tool Designed & Jig setting for AH-6i Vertical stabilizer project.
• Complicated Jig & Fixture setting done in CH-47 Chinook Crown & Tail cone project.
• Designed CAT-III Drill Jig and packing crates for CH-47 Crown and Tail Cone.
• Supported in designing activity and tool co-ordinate for AH-64 vertical stabilizer.
• Designed Packing crates for Boeing777 Uplock Box, AH-6i Vertical stabilizer, CH-47 Tail cone & Crown and AH-64 SAS&VSB.
• Reworked major Boeing Tools like WL-72 with co-ordination of Master Gauge, Drill jig, Master Gauge Rework & EAPS Tool for CH-47 Program.
• Provided production improvement tool : Bell Crank Tool, Locating Jig(Japan Configuration) and EOP Tool for CH-47 Crown.

• Convert 2D drawings into 3D models using UG NX-8.0 & Catia V5R23.
• Design of master models and layup tool.
• Modifying and updating drawings to comply with changes.
• Increased quality by checking errors in drawing.
• Shop floor experience.
• Jig & Fixtures Minor Tool Design for LCA,ALH & LUH. CAD Design course.
