• Earth link was one of the major DSL broad band partner. I was proud to be associated with them. I was answering calls for an international inbound process. I used to resolve their Technical issues (Teir3), DSL installation, Email support: installing outlook express, Customer Service which included billing and other issues related with finance, Sales and also use to dispatch modems. In the span of 2 years of experience I have almost taken 20 calls per day with an average of 10,000 calls. I was the top performer for almost a couple of months and have done very good sales of the products and received customer appreciations very often.
• MASC is another process with which I am associated. This is for a company called Micros, who is one of the top companies in the Service and Hospitality industry. The issues I have resolved their hardware issues, Front end troubleshooting, Application and database server troubleshooting, providing resolutions for internet etc. I have resolved 95% of the calls that I answer on a daily basis. Then was moved pilot batch for POS. I have picked about 30 calls per day. Have picked around 45,000 International calls all these years. Then after being promoted to as Team Lead, use involve in conference calls with clients, email interaction for PMS and POS process. Worked as lead for 2 years. Involved with Multiple International conference meetings with US clients. Managed a team of IT analyst with ease. Worked to control Attrition of the team. Involved Budgeting.
