Projects

Simulation studies on current-voltage characteristics of BaTiO3-based NCFET

NCFET integrates a ferroelectric layer inside the gate stack of a transistor, which acts as a negative capacitance, allowing the transistor to overcome the fundamental limitation of sub-threshold swing of 60 mV at room temperature.

Designing a processor with Verilog HDL and Xilinx Vivado 

discusses the fundamentals required to build a simple processor/CPU with Verilog HDL and strategies to test its functionality to understand all the necessary skills required to build complex CPU architecture.

Design and Implementation of Sample and Hold Circuit in 180nm CMOS Technology

 Sample and hold circuit is usually used with an analog to digital converter to sample the input analog signal and hold the sampled signal. 

Real-time fuel monitoring system using a load cell 

we have proposed the idea to measure fuel using a load cell to measure weight and read by an HX711 analog-to-digital converter fetched by the Arduino running on an Atmega 32 displayed on the LCD and stored on the cloud using an ESP8266.
