• Established Jaguar Plastech in 2020, achieving a 2500% sales growth and a turnover of 4 crores in FY 2023-24 from 15 Lacs in FY 2020-21.
• Successfully set up a plastic manufacturing and recycling unit at Silvassa with a capacity of 1500 Metric tons per annum.
• Found multiple vendors for efficient procurement, reducing buying prices and creating barriers for new market entrants. Simultaneously, adding new buyers to meet production capacity.
• Oversaw a team of eight individuals spanning various departments such as finance, operations, and supply chain to optimize plant efficiency.
• Acquired comprehensive knowledge of the entire import/export supply chain, encompassing shipping protocols, executing foreign exchange payments, ensuring compliance with import regulations, and fostering relationships with India Customs.
• Expanded the company's portfolio by incorporating numerous customers and vendors to align with the organization's vision and mission.

• Designed a structured questionnaire to draw insights towards developing Meaningful Strategies.
• Leveraged the above mentioned questionnaire and identified key insights by connecting with 100+ Otorhinolaryngologists across 6 cities which were readily accepted for Strategy Development.
• Smith & Nephew’s market leadership position was reinforced- Outcome of a detailed survey to study their market standings in current market scenario based on the Benchmarking tools used.
