Key Responsibilities

• Supported the group during the client pitch by showcasing the values to finalize the deal
• Gained a comprehensive understanding of the client's legacy system and provided the recommendation on the standard features that could be added to the modules under consideration.
• Improved project management abilities by assisting in the development of the overall project plan as well as individual work plans for a smooth end to end implementation.
• Developed diagrams to describe and lay out standard business and process flows.
• Designed and prepared the Process design document for the design phase.
• Actively engaged myself in organizing the workshops and providing demos for all the modules that are in scope
• Helped the team organize the configuration sprints for the build phase and also participated proactively to perform the configurations.
• Responsible for the preparation of configuration design document.
• Dedicated extended hours to collect the business requirements that SAP system must meet, created the functional specification documents accordingly on all the RICEFW objects and tested.
• Prepared all of the module's training materials and helped the team lead client training sessions.
• Exhibited a strong desire to fix defects once they were implemented and carried out unit testing.
• Took part with the team and client in end-to-end testing scenarios and committed to working longer hours during the phases of system integration testing.
• Took ownership in delivering all the necessary documentations that are needed for a smooth transition of the client.
