At PwC IAC, I have worked collaboratively with the Singapore team and have been involved in end to end execution in the FDD process. My roles and responsibilities include:

• Analysis of financial information from financial statements and MIS of target entities, KPIs, benchmarking and identification of key trends
• Assisting in the computation of Adjusted EBITDA, Net debt and net working capital
• Mentored junior associates, fostering professional growth and helping them reach their full potential.

• Involved in buy side and sell side diligence for strategic and private equity investors in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
• Computation of adjusted EBITDA, net debt and net working capital and preparation of final report deliverables to client
• Identification of deal issues, potential risks and its effect on the transaction
• Preparation of databook, clarification/query lists and information request lists to be sent out to clients

Key transactions:

• Acquisition of Suven Pharma by Advent International (Private equity fund, deal value: 6313 crores)
• Investment by Tata Capital in Sakar Healthcare under prefential allotment- INR 61 crores
• Sale of Linde India's welding electrodes business to ESAB group
• Issue of CCPS by Bhagiradha Chemicals- INR 341 crores
• Investment of INR 500 crores by Creador in Prabas Vcare (60% stake sale)
