Impact of supplemental iodine on weight management and wellbeing in adults without thyroid disease, 05/01/23, 08/01/23, Glasgow, Scotland, This study was conducted at the health and nutrition laboratory at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary along with my supervisor Dr. Emilie Combett to examine the potential effects of supplemental iodine on weight management and well-being in 50 participants without preexisting thyroid disorders, using the Sandell-Kolthoff reaction and the Jaffe method, wherein examined urinary iodine and Creatinine levels were assessed as essential biochemical markers in a systematic study.
