Booking Confirmation: Follow up with the hotel for booking confirmation and Send confirmation emails or messages to the clients, including booking details and instructions.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to bookings or travel arrangements, providing alternative solutions if needed.

Sales Person Interaction: Communicate with Sales person via phone, email, or chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and assist with booking changes or cancellations.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all reservations, cancellations, and changes in the booking system.

Data Accuracy: Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and up-to-date, including client information and booking details.

Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and industry regulations related to bookings, cancellations, and customer service.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service.
