  • Monitored daily sourcing and closing funnel for driving optimum results , improved overall OBM count with the daily avg of 12-15 meetings per day per manager and minimum of 20 IBM over the week days per manager per week with the ration of total OBM to IBM was around 25%.
  • Focused on the revisit and follow up of all the customer walkins and made sure that there are continuous engagement of team with customers which is resulted in revisit for converting to bookings, met 15% walkins to booking ratio at the launch.
