• Managing inbound operations efficiently with team by ensuring quality material is inwarded as per the SOPs provided by the company.
• Ensuring inventory is always properly managed in the warehouse using the inventory management techniques.
• Ensuring smooth orders processing, and timely dispatch of vehicles having strict focus on quality check.
• Managing timely processing of the material returned by the customers ensuring adequate quality check.
• Training the working manpower in regards with material handling, Maintaining 5S, and process related SOPs.
• Co-operating with central team, BD executives, line haul team and tech. team for smooth process flow.
