• Worked on production of large scale doubled haploids in Hot pepper,Sweet pepper as well as Egg plant and delivered the DH0 seeds to stake holder
• Optimized the protocol for DH's in onion to obtain the DH0 seeds
• Optimized the protocol for induction of tetraploidy in watermelon with cotyledon regeneration method and by using chromosome doubling agent and delivered the tetraploid seeds to stake holder
• Having experience in propagation of Marigold for high production of plants with different approach with low cost and good efficiency
• Hands on plant tissue culture technique like anther culture, Microspore culture, ovary culture, plant multiplication, embryo rescue, callus culture and plant regeneration
• Worked on ELISA technique of cotton seeds to detect BT genes
• Involved in green house works, agronomy of vegetables crops and maintenance of plants
