Role: ServiceNow Developer

Description: This project is for one of the Australian university, to manage day to day activity of students they need lots a catalog Items. Like raising ID request, duplicate certificate issue, Library card, hardware access request, Loan equipment and many more.

Responsibilities:

· Gathering requirements from client, requirements document review, developing, testing and implementation.

· Respond to production issues, UAT issues and resolve them within the timelines.

· Develop Catalog item, category, user criteria, Workflow, catalog Client script, UI Policy, Business rule, script include etc.

· Configure inbound email action, email notifications.

· Develop transform maps, Import sets, data sources.

· Developed scheduled job for reminder and bulk update.

· Develop table, fields, ACL, Data policy, Reports.

· Defined best practices and standards for coding, Migration and schedules.

· Attend Review meetings and project Meetings, Give Demo to customer.

· I have integrated ServiceNow with external systems such as JIRA, SAP, and Azure, enabling both inbound and outbound data flow between ServiceNow and these systems. This integration likely involves exchanging data such as incident tickets, user information, service requests, etc.

· I have configured several integration mechanisms within ServiceNow, including business rules, outbound web services, scripted REST APIs, and import set APIs. create incident on fail and time out scenario, and get server information from other system of client.
