IT Infrastructure Lead with expertise in Infrastructure support team management and 10 years of extensive experience in Windows Systems, Storage administration, ERP Administration, Implementation and troubleshooting of mission critical IT systems assignments. Deploy and upgrade systems, including hardware, software, networks, databases, servers, and peripheral equipment.

• Oversee all aspects of IT operations including IT infrastructure, Communication (LAN, WAN, email, etc.), database, backup recovery, regulatory compliance.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT group including downtime, reporting service levels, defining and tracking IT operational metrics and provide status to management.
• Responsible for all infrastructure components including but not limited to servers, storage, databases, and networks.
• Creates tactical plans for management of the infrastructure and contributes to IT strategic planning.
• Defines and implements security best practices for maintaining availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the data stored and accessed on the network.
• Provide 3rd level support to tickets/requests in accordance to SLA/OLA timeframes.
• Leads team responsible for management and administration of the infrastructure. Able to be hands-on to help team with day-to-day priority.
• Proficiency in handling complex IT-related projects: from writing a proposal, initiating, & planning projects, to executing, monitoring/controlling projects, until and including project closure.
• Executing assigned IT projects defined in the IT infrastructure project pipeline.
• Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction while following organization policies and procedures.
