Key Responsibilities.
- Preparation of various MIS reports, such as DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR, look-ahead plan, etc., to monitor progress.
- Preparing a micro-level schedule and tracking it with site engineers for effective implementation.
- Organize and participate in weekly review meetings to sort out any issues, and facilitate the required input or action to the engineering, procurement, civil, and mechanical teams.
- Plan, schedule, and track documentation using Microsoft Project.
- Maintaining a hindrance register for delay analysis.
- Coordinating with vendors for the timely delivery of materials and the timely completion of work.
- Client correspondence preparation and maintaining a tracker.
- Tracking the project cost with respect to the planned budget on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Plan, formulate, and construct a construction schedule, milestones, and budget for the project.
- Preparing the primary budget based on approved/market rate analysis, and seeking approval from management.
- Assist the project manager with resource allocation and its utilization.
- Coordinating with the site team and the regional office team for the timely completion of the project, within budget.
- Review the subcontractor’s performance, conduct regular progress review meetings, and discuss site issues, including the techno-commercial aspect.
- Creation of purchase requisition and purchase order in SAP.
- Preparing the labor reconciliation report, and the material reconciliation report.
- Prepare and analyze the Quarterly Project Cost to Complete statement (CTC).
- Preparation of the Rate Escalation Bill using the Wholesale Price Index (WPI).
