• Conducting E-RFX and E Auction/BID on Purchase Requisition via COUPA portal to procure best quality of products and services at economical prices
• Generation of Purchase orders as per requirement, place and confirm order with suppliers, monitoring until delivery completion
• Coordination with vendors regarding schedules, deadlines and delivery date and ensure timely delivery of the materials
• Ensuring Spot buy process is followed so that right material/service is being delivered at best price
• Completing quote adjudications and post that coordinating with business for evaluation and final vendor selection
• SME for procurement operations giving process insights and knowledge to team members and helping achieve full efficiency and productivity
• Preparing customized reports for client and for internal use for analyzing and incorporating improvements into the process
• Utilized procurement tools to manage quote process, invoicing, order entry and receiving.
