• Oversaw the deployment of iRely software solutions for Lipton Teas and Infusions across three project phases, working onsite at Lipton’s Dubai office.
• Acted as a liaison between the iRely Product & Development team and the Accenture Development Team.
• Optimized integration workflows among iRely, SAP, Ariba, and ICRON systems.

Sucafina (current project):

• Collaborated with the Sucafina project team on a business process review; Sucafina is a international coffee trading company headquartered in Switzerland.
• Partnered with business stakeholders to gain insight into existing business processes and their reporting needs.
• Illustrated how to fulfill the business requirements utilizing iRely software, identifying application-to-business gaps, and creating Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Compiled a comprehensive Business Process Review (BPR) document that details the entire end-to-end business process to serve as a reference for the customer.
• The first stage of Sucafina's Project Volcano has now officially gone live, and I worked as both a full-time Implementation Consultant and as a Project Manager.

• Working in the capacity of Presales Consultant for Eka CTRM product. Building up scenarios on the system to exactly replicate the clients ask and providing them with dashboards and insights on the data given in the form of an effective demo.
• Delivered multiple functional product demonstrations and addressed the customer queries.
