My core role involves managing search engagements for senior level legal hires for law firms (Pan India and International) and Funds. This includes:

• Managing all key stakeholders at the client end, typically Partners, General Counsels or HR leads, as well as identifying and hand holding senior candidates for these hires.
• Setting expectations with clients on timelines, giving them data driven insights into the market for their search, and helping them craft job descriptions that can attract the right talent.
• Negotiating offers and ensuring end to end closure of search mandates.
• I play key strategic roles for my team at Vahura, wherein I am Key Account Manager (KAM) for some of our platinum clients.
• I regularly project manage teams to ensure that mandates are serviced successfully.
• I have a cross functional role in the organization, wherein I regularly collaborate with other verticals such as Consulting and Mentorhsip, to name a few.
• I have been involved in internal hiring and building out certain best practices for my team and the organization.
