Project 1: Roll out Project
• New Storage location and Shipping point of the new plant due to business reasons.

• Leading transition phase for AM LONG system (PRO, LSP, LHP) in ArcelorMittal Project
• Involved in KT sessions, preparing MOMs for OTC track and as a lead presenting RKT session and preparation of AID document and guided team to follow the approach/process as per guidelines.
• Involved in Secondary, Primary Support phase and successfully entered in Steady State and got appreciation from client during this phase.
• Leading weekly meetings with client regarding status updates and ongoing projects, enhancements.
