• Established 20 branches across 9 districts of Odisha
• Micro finance business as well as cross selling products (Solar lights, Cycles, Health Insurance etc.)
• Managing a team of 150 for driving sales and collection of Micro Loans
• Handling portfolio of more than 1 billion rupees AUM
• Identified loss making Business Units and put those into consolidation phase to control NPA and revived operation in few branches of Western Odisha
